A third-party provider receives names, phone numbers, or addresses entered in a search form to supply the results. Our servers do not retain a copy of those searches. When you contact us, we receive the details included in your message and use them to respond.
Information Collected Automatically
Standard hosting logs may record an IP address, browser type, viewed pages, and timestamps. We review aggregate patterns to maintain the service and understand page use. Basic analytics and, when applicable, advertising measurement may rely on cookies or similar technology.
How Information Is Used
We use limited visitor data to operate the service, diagnose faults, measure traffic, and improve content. We neither sell visitor lists nor create profiles of individual users.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links lead to Hamilton County and Indiana records portals, libraries, archives, and outside search services. Information submitted there is governed by each destination's policy, not this one. Sponsored results are also supplied by an independent provider under its own terms.
Who May Receive Information
Hosting and support vendors process logs on our behalf. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. Information is otherwise disclosed only when valid legal process requires it.
Safeguarding Information
Connections are encrypted, and logs are retained only as long as needed for the purposes stated above. Because the site has no visitor accounts, it holds no user password or account profile.
Users Under 18
This service is intended for adults, not children. If we learn that someone under 18 submitted personal information, we will remove it after receiving notice through the contact channel.
Your Data Rights
Indiana's Consumer Data Protection Act, IC 24-15, took effect January 1, 2026 and may provide rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain covered personal data, appeal certain decisions, and opt out of specified processing, subject to statutory thresholds and exemptions. State and local agencies and public government records are generally outside the Act's scope. Access to government records is instead governed by the Indiana Access to Public Records Act, IC 5-14-3-1 et seq., and record-specific confidentiality laws. Because we keep very little, a request normally involves checking contact messages and available server logs. Use the Contact page to ask. A correction or removal request concerning a Hamilton County, Westfield, or Indiana public record must go to the office that keeps it.
